We use various external payment service providers to process our contractual relationships and orders placed via our website. We process this data solely for the purpose of the proper execution of the competition and, if applicable, for contacting you in the event of a win. Data processing during recording, streaming and on-demand delivery of amateur soccer games on soccerwatch.tv
During the recording of amateur football matches by soccerwatch cameras at sports facilities personal data (audiovisual recordings of players and viewers) is collected, stored, and distributed. These audiovisual recordings may be accompanied by advertising and are made available live or on demand via the platform www.soccerwatch.tv or other media platforms (including social networks) in full length or in excerpts.
The audiovisual recordings of the players will be made available to registered members in the password-protected area - unless the interests of the players shown are obviously opposed to this in the individual case. These audiovisual recordings can be accessed, edited and, if necessary, publicly played by registered members for the purpose of game preparation and game analysis without time limit.
This processing is carried out for the purpose of documentation, transmission and making the sporting event accessible, as well as for the exploitation and marketing of the recordings. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to enable appropriate reporting on amateur soccer and is based on the aforementioned commercial purposes.
Data Transfer to third parties
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners, which we need to process the contractual relationship. Deletion of your data
